has anybody got good wesites to help with rhs level 2 cert? rather than going in and out of loads of sites and wasting time, patience ... hair etc.....!!!!

Horticulture is a vast subject, you won't find what you want on one website.
You might find that sample papers like these will help with exams. Most show examiners comments at the end, these can be quite helpful:
