Help needed
« on: March 03, 2011, 11:03:36 »

As usual I am asking questions again.

First has anyone got ideas as to where I can purchase a fleece for the garden?

and next are the potato bags in poundland any good and how many potatoes would I put in each bag?

   X Chas

I saw some the other day, but I can't remember whether it was Poundland or the 99p shop.

Poundland are best for fleece and 99p shop for netting.  Lidl have it at the moment rather thicker quality.

Aldi have some fleece tunnels.  These come with wire supports.

I would only put two seed spuds in each bag Charlie, if they are the size that I remember, I find the bags in the 99p shop are generally cheaper than the ones in the pound shop.     :-X

Thank you I would need quite a few bags might be better to put in the beds then. I was trying to save room. When we first got the allotment it was so big but I think it has shrunk as I am sure I haven't room to grow everything I want to. ;D ;D
