« on: January 26, 2011, 22:39:05 »
Got some good freebies from anglian water, hose pipe gun, thingy to make water cistern dual flush and bits to use less tap water. Go to www.anglianwater.co.uk/bitsandbobs put in your postcode to see if you qualify.
They send out a plumber to fit it all as well, very impressed :D

Cheshire nearly £700 a year. Keep saying we must get a meter fitted. My friend's bill is now £11. a month but she is on her own.

I miss Anglia Water. When we lived there we never once had a hosepipe ban, despite periods of drought.  It is such a dry area they have learned to be efficient.

As for Thames Water, where we now live - don't get me started....  :(
