Aww lovely  ;D
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Well this little cutie has done nothing but play and purr since she got here. Went away to answer the  phone and had a minor panic when I came back. False alarm she was sound asleep on the kitchen table curled round the fruit bowl.
Now sleeping on the chair beside me after picking at some food. Clearly too excited to eat much!

The long wait is over at last!  I'm glad she has settled and doesn't seem to be missing her previous home much.

We need lots of photos now  ;)

When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Well she's now eating for Britain and I've decided we need a covered litter tray! Too much stuff flying everywhere!!

She has the run  - and I do mean run!! ;D ;D - of the house now. She flies around at a great lick and then ends up getting shut in cupboards. Sometimes she complains when this happens but usually just falls asleep and waits to be found.

There is another cat behind the mirror in the wardrobe and she launches herself at it and then tiptoes away tail atwitching as if to say "Me do something stupid like that? No way!!"

She has a great personality and is full of fun and very affectionate. You just have to look at her for her to start purring.

She and the dog are certainly not bosom buddies yet but they're OK together. I can even leave them alone together. Hissing has stopped although she occasionally arches her back if the dog runs towards her. No more growls from the dog.

She keeps us entertained for hours (then collapses and sleeps - dead to the world).

Just caught up with this. She is beautiful Anne.Aren't kittens time wasters? We used to spend so much time watching and playing with ours that nothing got done at all!
Smile, it confuses people.

Thanks for the update.

She's really keeping you entertained and busy!   What happens when you go out and leave her, do you confine her to one room?

I love watching the allotment cats, it's fascinating to see how they behave with each other.

So pleased for you - it's amazing how they take over as head of the house though isn't it?

This little cat is a real cracker! So loving, so responsive ... she could almost be a dog!!

But she's intelligent too .. It's amazing how she figures things out.
