A few flowers
« on: September 10, 2010, 13:16:29 »
Picked these yesterday;

Took a couple of pictures of the garden but sadly it is not up to my usual standards........too many gaps caused by a shortage of plants this year!

The shortage was caused by dodgy potting compost!

View from the back garden looking left;

View from the back door looking right;

View of front garden from upstairs window;

Lovely Tee Gee. Are the chrysanths grown in the greenhouse cos they look so perfect
When I get old I don't want people thinking
                      "What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
                    "Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

I would be more than happy with a garden like that.

Lovely Tee Gee, those borders look great to me!

My leek seedlings curled up and died literally( they became distorted and curly) and I am convinced it was the compost. I am not too sure what to do about this next year. I have had a terrible year with seedlings.

It all looks beautiful- and fresh!  Gardens very dried up here and on their last legs.
