Topic: Current annoyances :D

1. Dwarf French beans are fruiting, but plant leaves are pale yellow/pale green with necrotic edges. It was heavily weed infested, and i think the plants suffering either Nitrogen or magnesium deficiency, so i gave them a good dose of Seaweed feed.   8)

2. Cabbage Primo F1 reds have white spots on, im pretty sure its a viru or a fungus, either Downy Mildew of White Rust. As long as it doesnt get the heads.......   ;D

3. Had to rip out ALL the broccoli and Pak Choi, its just turned into a mass of bolting plants and flower heads    >:(  Might not be too late to get some more pak choi in..........   ;D

before the rain, very little got slugged, now we have rain and warm, the sedling swede have taken a battering and my oriental salad seedlings (on a high set of shelves) are getting hoovered off , still, such is (gardening) life  ;D

My turnips are dying back, nothing but leaves. Soil had compost dug in, maybe too rich. My neighbour has got huge turnips, not fair!
And my leeks are in shreds from the leek moth as usual.
