B&Q
« on: July 30, 2010, 19:45:53 »
Thumbs up for B&Q......due to a mistake on their part of misspricing display sheds, I am getting a £549 for £271. They agreed to let me have the more expensive shed as it was their mistake and I'm not complaining. They also gave me 10 20% off vouchers for future purchases. Now to try and get some flagstones from Freegle.

It's good to know that some companies take 'customer service' seriously.  Well done B&Q.

Crikey - you wouldn't have got a way with that in the B&Q I used to work in.

Very good going!!

Thank you, the chap I delt with was very helpful and told me it was 'my lucky day'. I had phoned them while they delivered ( the wrong) shed ( luckily realised at the time as only one piece of glass and should have been 4) to explain and went up to the store within 30 mins and the lables had already been  changed! Our old shed is now cut in half, height wise and is a log store! Only need a bigger shed to fit the grandchildren's out door toys in!
