we bought a red pack from netto 2 years ago, plus we had some yellow ones we had kept seed from, these are all self seeded ones from them so they are all different sizes, colours, some with multi heads  ;D

Oh well done all of you truly beautiful

Sunflowers are not possible for me on a full shade balcony but......

I do have window boxes on the rail , with bird feeders hangin above and 1 sunflower seed germinated, fell from the feed into a box.

The really funny thing is, the plant has grown first down about 2 feet, then curved up to the light way beyond the balcony. It has flowered about four feet out from the railing. It is interesting to watch it as the plant moves during the day, not just the flower head, the stalk follows the sun.We have got quite fond of our 1 sunflower.

Yours are so beautiful.. wel, you know so is my one!!  Where this a will...............
