I cannot find any info on this tomato.  Can anyone tell me what colour it should be when ripe?

I remember answering  this question earlier in the year. It is a plum shaped red tomato ideally used like a roma for canning XX Jeannine

Probably me asking whether it was bush or cordon, I should have also asked what colour it should be aswell.
