Some of my garlic has fallen over even though the leaves have not yet turned yellow. Should I dig it up anyway?

They normally fall over after the leaves have turned yellow....maybe they want some water?
Harvest one and see if you are happy to harvest the rest.

I harvested a couple and although they are a decent size the cloves are not very marked.
