HELP: can anyone help l have victory plum tree it is 2 years old this year it has had no flowers on it and the leafs are going yellow some are curling can anyone tell me what this may be ???

At 2 years old (planted) it may be too young to flower. The yellowing/curling of leaves sounds like lack of water to me.

I lost one in the last hot summer. Give it plenty of water until the drought ends, and give it time.
