Well I realise that mine were put in too late :-[  I have no leaves or sign of any growth whatsoever!! I dug through one of my buckets thinking I was going to find a rotten potato but I found a perfect potato. that thinks its in storage for the winter ??? The buckets are outside the greenhouse. So what do I do now? I think I will buy mine from the supermarket.

My tops are all dead looking too and I'm not very hopeful they had time to produce a crop, but I'll empty the bags on Boxing day  ???

I put mine in a black sack in the greenhouse when we launched the experiment, but I found just the same as you- a perfect potato and nothing else!  It was a charlotte I'd dug up from the lottie.  I might eat it.

mine are still going well and are coming into the porch tonight, hoping they will keep going strong as they were planted late
