Hi Smudger I have some I can send you, I'll pm you my address if you still need some. I'll send you 3 - 4 pieces, I cut it down not too long ago so it will be re-shooting.

Someone gave me some cuttings last year and they are doing well so I will see if I can get a couple of shoots off it when I can get to the plot. Its raining again today so Maybe tomorrow ok Smudger

PS have just seen Stevens post. His comfrey will probably be more advanced than my one year old stuff.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Hi Guys

Thanks very much for the offers.

Stevens I have PM'd you.  (Thanks)

Shirlton - Thanks :-)

I do have a swap shortly if you want.  I have ordered some chocolate mint (herb) which aparently tastes like after 8 mints (we'll see).  Once it takes I can return the favour..

When the plants arrive I would pot them up till they recover, you will need to plant them in a spare corner, they spread and grow quite large, mine is between the shed and the compost bins.

Hi Kingfisher
I don’t know when the official time to split comfrey is but mine is 3 years old and I’ve taken cuttings from it this year. So I would leave yours for another year at least.
