We've old realsied we're a bit older when coppers look younger and smaller, and for us laydeees when someone calls you madam.

But I've now realised that for the 1st time I'm older than the PM of my country  :o  :o  :o

We are all getting old at the same rate... just some of us have a head start (Betty next door is 93 tomorrow!)  :)

Other than realising that most of your life is behind you instead of ahead of you.  When you look in the mirror and see an older relative looking back at you, your social diary is full of medical appointments.

Growing old has got its advantages too.

Instead of bragging 'I can do that' and failing the challange, you can now say 'I used to be able to do that'.
