Cauli's
« on: April 20, 2010, 18:22:29 »
Has anyone got a few "candid charm" cauliflower seeds that they could spare. I will swap with something you want.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Sorry, I have five seeds left :-[ . You are welcome to them if they are any use to you. When I go over the allotment tomorrow i'll see if any have been sown and you can have some seedlings when they appear.

I didn't have any over the plot but do have some spare Autumn Giant seedlings if you would like to try them.

Sutton's are selling  Candid Charm plants if you are interested.  I have sent for some as I didn't get round to sowing any seeds this year.

I know it is not too late to plant seeds but if shirlton wants Candid Charm  this would be one way of getting them.  They are suppose to be very good.
Only trying to help.

I found them on their site on-line.  I was looking for some pellets pots and they came up as a side ad. and as I have heard they are very good I sent for some.  Not arrived yet.  If you google Suttons seeds I think you will find them.  The no. on the invoice which arrived with the pots is 206721 and delivery will be in late April.  Hope this helps.

In case no one has any to swap, Dobies have Candid Charm cauli seed:

http://www.dobies.co.uk/Shop/Vegetable+Seeds/Cauliflower+Candid+Charm+Seeds+434205.htm

Can't help you myself, but I can happily send you some Snow Crown seed if you'd like to grow some of those... It's nice fresh seed, bought this year.
Anyway, just fling me a PM if you'd like some as a 'meanwhile' option.

Fingers crossed that someone else will spot this who is growing Candid Charm.
