We opened up the laptop to find the search window has changed from Google to a thing called Chameleon.com. No one had been on it to change this over. So we have changed it back to Google.

have you recently installed some software that came with it bundled, you may have agreed to install it with out realising,

Nothing been installed except the usual up dates from the Windows people.

i don't use windoze, but haven't they had to give you a Browser choice option in their latest updates?

We use Firefox as the preferred browser, but this came up out of the blue!!! ???
