Busy or what!
« on: May 18, 2010, 20:20:41 »
It's that time of year again, run off my feet. The plant nursery has been a nightmare hoping for a bit of natural heat to bring things on. Then bang out comes the sun and everything goes mad, so we are now holding things back and hacking off any flowers that dare show their heads too early. 2 more weeks and I will be heading to the NEC to build a garden that was inspired by a trip to Mumbai. Then as soon as that show is over it is straight on to Hampton court to build this

 and also this

As well as slogging away with our mosaics and nursery work the BBC thought it would be nice to come and film us at work, which is a bit of a nuisance. We will be loading lorries, arguing, making final adjustments, screaming, then driving north to unload that evening, plus a few hissy fits while the cameras try to film our best side. I only have a worse side so they will have their work cut out.

Having been to Mumbai - my mind is boggling at what the garden will look like  :)

Hope all goes well
