Joe's parsnips
« on: April 01, 2010, 21:18:56 »
Just parboiled with honey the parsnips and frozen them.  Hope they will taste OK.  Was a bit wet at the allotment tonight and had hail earlier on today.

Glad to see it's not just mine that look like that :) I didn't have one normal looking one last year.
