floppy broad beans
« on: March 22, 2010, 11:20:39 »
I've always planted my broad beans direct in the soil and had good results.
This autumn due to work and weather didn't get to do them.  So planted them in pots a couple of weeks ago and they've grow to well and now started to flop over.  If I plant in the ground now will they recover or am I best to compost and start again?  Thanks in advance.

They should be fine. Even if they grow horizontally, they always seem to crop.
