Just got some elephant garlic from t & m and some of it is bad. Has anyone else had a problem with it? Have been in touch with them and they said it was a bad batch.

Wrong time of year surely?... mine went in in October/November Last year none of the EG I tried to plant in spring came up.....

It's a bit late but if you need replacements PM me. If you plant now it probably won't get so big, and you may find it doesn't clave, and you get singletom bulbs. It'll taste the same though.

Last time I planted Elephant garlic in the spring, some finally sprouted in the autumn and some the following spring! It just likes to be independent and do its own thing :)
