Poundstretcher are selling green food preserving bags for 99p instead of £1.99 for 20 bags, 10 large and 10 medium.
If you haven’t heard of these before I have been using them for about 3 years, I can pick loose leaf lettuce wash and spin it and once placed in one of these bags with the opening tied, it will stay crispy for a week. I use them for all sorts of veg.
