That's easy.

   Complete Guide to Home Canning .

This is my preserving bible you might say,it is put out by US dept agriculture, best up to date guide I have seen and I have lots of these books as we preserve just about everything.

It covers everything from jam to meat,including safety etc. I would not preserve without it.


 You can buy it but it is free online, you can just print it off or refer to it online.

I think you've put htpp instead of http - I'll have a go at http. I've been looking at the guide online - it looks great! I think I'll buy the book but it's not in amazon uk yet (it was revised in 2009) so great to have the website. Thanks Jeannine!
