Sounds great but the reality is probably 80 hours a week working out at about £4.00 an hour (cynical ex-wannabee journalist!). Suspect the winning candidate won't get much time for digging...

you're probably right! (cynical book designer working in publishing and desperate to work in horticulture instead!)
