urgent q re raised beds for gardening sitting down

hi folks, the chap who is building our community plot had just sent me a text,he is putting my quote together and wants to know if we want the raised beds 2 or 3 foot tall,they are specifically for thise in wheel chairs,i would have thought around 2.5 foot,anyone got any advice please,much appreaciated
