Newbie in Alfreton Derbyshire

Hi Everyone. I get my allotment on Saturday apparently I have two to choose from .

Spent last year growing veg in garden but felt a real lack of space lol

Novice too. :)

I am so sad..........I bought all my seeds weeks ago for this coming year...........just cant wait to get started. I planted garlic I had from this summer but it hasnt come up like the garden centre stuff . Is that normal??

not sure, I think some can be planted in autumn and some in spring, I would think they might still come up  :)

Hi Chatteris, I assumed you were from Cambridge way,...
Garlic can vary enormously. Some swear by replanting their own, others buying fresh. I'm down in Derby... as you can probably tell
 :)
