I have been given some Platycodon seed. I realize i cannot grow them until next year. Can any one give me any advise? How, when and where to plant?

from memory, platycodon seeds need light to germinate, so sow on the surface of moist compost. Cover the tray or pot with clingfilm to stop the surface drying out

OK, I have a small propagator I can use. When do I sow the seeds?
