Well I'm just eating a couple of slices of toast, with butter and raspberry jam, to celebrate it!  :)

It's just a day to celebrate bread,  to make it, talk about it, eat it, glorious bread.
There has been a World Bread Day for several years.
And seeing as it is one of my hobbies, I love to bake bread ;-))))........... qahtan

are you sure you're allowed? Shouldn't you wait until Blackcurrant Jam Day?

I anticipated the day by baking a wonderful wholemeal/seeds loaf yesterday. Ate one end crust slathered with butter while it was still warm, sliced the rest for freezing last night and had the other end crust for breakfast this morning - with butter and Marmite (yum!)
