will my spring show happen!! i think not

ive  planted spring flowering bulbs from lidl      dafs and tulips  
noticed last week a lot are coming up   around 2 inches high   planted start september
put 80 in for a good spring display  didnt expect any to show till the end of the year   whats gone wrong?   any advice welcomed

ground too warm on planting, probably, they judge on time of emergence by ground temperature.
You couldn't make it up!

I agree with Tony and Shirl. I don't usually do tulips until November.

I plant Daffs and Crocus' in Oct, Tulips & Alliums in Nov.
Maximus, Procerus, Vegetus
