Old raspberry plants

Hi
I took over a plot in May, there were about a dozen raspberry bushes, which had been neglected for some time. Should I cut the back or replace them. There was very little fruit on them this year

You could take cuttings by looking for any new growth coming from the ground near the parent plants and using a spade cut it away from its parent then remove and replant in a new position. Then you can clear out the old neglected area.
