I find having a word with your milk man often works!
Best of luck...just had my load delivered a couple of days ago.
Before you ask.....£20 for a 3-4 ton trailer load............and lovely stuff it was too!

You should not have a problem getting hold of some muck in your part of the world, we have had nine loads of manure delivered this weekend to our allotments at £75 a time, mind you we get about eight ton of lubberly muck in each load, :)

Hi,
And welcome rugbypost.
I would look to the local council for green compost or contacts they may have for manure suppliers. They do have many contacts for local farmers and the like. I have used them before and found them to be of great assistance getting hold of the right people.

Also real beer is still cheap in the N/West along with manure, my brother still pays only a £1.00 a pint in Blackburn, :)
