Caribbean food made easy
« on: August 28, 2009, 10:39:31 »
BBC1 This series has just started and can be seen on I-player.

Wonderful food and great scenery and if eating snapper does that for a girls figure Im off to get some right now!

PS I wont be using scotch bonnet peppers as I quite like my taste buds,  ;D

the trick with using scotch bonnet for the flavour an not the heat is to let it cook with the food but don't cut it up or let it burst in the pot.

I should know cause I'm a Caribbean girl :-*

i'll check out the show on iplayer.
