S'easy!!

Make Sauce with 50g Butter, 50g Flour & 375ml Milk.
Add 10mlish Dijon Mustard, 125g Cheese, S&P. I also add Cayenne.
Stir in 5 beaten Egg Yolks & fold in 5 Egg Whites beaten until stiff.

Pour into 1.2l Souffle dish, buttered & sprinkled with grated Parmesan.

Cook at 200Cish for 25-30 min.

For 4.

I just wish I could eat stuff like that Tim. If I did then I would be up all night with acid reflux. I love lasagne and I can't eat that either.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"
