Hi Y'All
PSB, WSB (wonderful), baked parsnips and griddled leeks. The White Sprouting Broccoli was an accidental purchase, but what a revelation, like min-caulis, with lots of tender leaf. And it's supposed to be perennial (only just found that out).
Happy eating.

3 spears of asparagus - I kept telling them it was way to early and to stop growing but they ignored me - it seemed rude not to eat them ;D ;D

PSB and leeks. And, if I'm honest, the thinnings of brassicas and lettuce. Waste not ...
