Sweetcorn - again, but we never tire of it. Followed by a stir fry with carrots, peppers and cabbage. And a jam donut to follow. OK, so I didn't grow that but I couldn't resist buying a couple when I was in Tesco this morning!!!

Made a coleslaw with my own fennel ,apple and onion ..... next year am determined to grow the main ingrediant , the white cabbage .  This was eaten with my own toms , lettuce , the cucumber was bought though ...and a cheese n, onion flan . An apple pie made with two of my own apples  ( not such a good harvest this year ) . I also made a large jar of pickled shallots and onions to keep husband happy .   Have I won  ?    ::)

Where can you get steak & mushroom seeds? Or do you buy them in as plug plants?
