onions
« on: August 04, 2009, 13:44:20 »
I was hoping to use some of my onions to make caramelized onions to put in jars! has anyone got a recipe and can you do this?

Or any other way of not letting them go to waste?

Thanks

Lucy

Lots of ways to preserve onions here - http://fooddownunder.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=onions%2Bpreserve - and if you just put onions in the search box, loads of other recipes for main courses and side dishes too.
