Lifted my Pentland Javelin the other day and they are all brown - has all this rain rotted them. Was waiting for them to flower, but they didn't.

How are they brown? Internal rings or all the flesh uniformly? :-\

Sounds like Spraing to me... several causes including water shortage, viruses and trace element problems... do they smell foul? :-\
