Potatoes
« on: July 18, 2009, 17:58:12 »
I have not written for a while but i have found a small sack of first early potatoes (NADINE)
they are all sound with a few small chits on them. Will they be OK to plant? I'm a real amateur when it comes to veggies. I wrote early in the year about leggy tomato seelings the advise given was great, I'm now the proud owner of very healthy tomatoes.

Maggie we grow Nadine every year and I think you will find that they are a second early. We grow them as a maincrop to store over winter. I would bung em in rather than waste them. What have you got to lose
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"
