A friend dropped off some toms for me...seen this on leaves/stem...should I be worried?

Just to add, the affected leaves are only in the bottom one third of the plants

Kepouros says blight has furry white stuff on the other side. Take a look!

Sorry Hector, I`ve been out all evening and only just seen this thread.  I`m always a little cagey about being absolutely sure of a diagnosis purely from a small photo, but your reference to the fact that the marks only appear on the old leaves, plus the fact that the underside of the leaves is clear strongly suggest magnesium deficiency.  I take it that the plants are potted at the moment, and I would suggest that you simply repot them in a slightly larger pot with some decent compost - tomatoes are demanding on magnesium, and a lot of the modern peat free composts tend to be rather light on it.  This will probably correct the problem, but if it doesn`t then you`ll have to hunt out the Epsom Salts

Thanks Kepouros, they certainly seem very potbound, so will repot.  They are laden with fruit, so are probably very hungry in such shallow pots. Thanks for everyones help...my other toms are so healthy and it's been so lovely frrowing them from seed that I'd hate to let them catch something  :)

my tomato leaves have looked like that for the last couple of months i think it's lack of Magnesium or something, it doesn't look like blight to me, i'm sure someone with more knowledge we be along shortly  :)

I think it's sun scorch: droplets of water on the leaves act like magnifying glasses in the sun and harm just the upper surface of the leaves. Any other guesses out there?  :)
