Have had a small invasion of the dreaded cabbage white what organic treatment is best quick please before their bellies are fuller than mine will be ;)

I had been told that washing up liquid mixed with water, and then sprayed on works. It didn't work for me. Prevention is better than cure. Net, Net, Net. If it's too late, check the underside of the leaves, if they have laid you should find small clutches of yellow eggs, just rub them off, but make sure you squash them.
