Help! My broccoli's bolting. Does that mean its all over for them or can I rescue them? And is it the hot weather that's to blame?

hiya, molly, welcome to a4a ;D
you can still eat it, even the flowers, we take off the flowering shoots and it sends out side shoots ;D

Welcome to A4A... and being a brassica the leaves are edible, but do tend to be a bit tough... :-\
