Ageratum - how much water?
« on: June 26, 2009, 16:18:41 »
Hi Y'all

I have two pots of Ageratum both of which flowered last year but which had loads of water given all the rain we had.  Do they need a lot, and should I be tipping on lots in hot weather?  One pot looks about to flower, the other is all leaves. Thanks for any help available.

Have a good look at your plants now and see what they look like when they are happy with the water/moisture in the present compost.

Then if the plant/s begin to sulk (droopy leaves/petals) give them a drop of water.

A little fertiliser in the water won't go amiss but don't overdo it!
