Looking to advertise for a plot. Any tips?
« on: June 27, 2009, 17:03:19 »
Well, think I've finally accepted that i'm going to be retired before I have any realistic chance of topping the Council waiting list. Just enquired about a plot of land currently being used as an allotment which is for sale (80m x 25m) - the owner recons its worth 25grand  :D

Tried Landshare etc.................

So, I've not accepted defeat just yet. Last throw of the dice is to advertise for some land. Not adverse to sharing a big garden, an existing allotment, a bit of farmland - in fact I'd consider anything. So - here's my request...........

Has anyone advertised before? Hopefully with success? Any ideas on what to include in an advert? How can increase my [potential for succes? Where to advertise - thought of news papers - but anywhere else?

Hope that someone can help. Wish me luck - and thanks for reading.
