My Aubergine plant had finally flowered about a week ago and i was looking forward to seeing the new fruit. I've just been in the greenhouse and the flower and stalk has fallen off. What am i doing wrong?

It's probably just lack of pollination. The first flowers are always difficult to get to set particularly if you only have one plant.

Maybe next time there is a flower on both plants why not try using a brush to transfer pollen from one to the other?
