More tomato problems
« on: June 25, 2009, 21:43:09 »
Hi all, I need a bit of advice!
I have tomato plants which are producing fruit but are begining to "yellow" on the leaves. It starts as spots of yellow between the veins and then develops into larger areas which in some cases later turn brown and become brittle. The leaves also curl and become leathery. There are no concentric rings around the brown lesions as I would expect to see with blight, no sign of surface fungal infection and no visible parasites.Any advice would be useful! I,m hoping it,s just a magnesium deficiency.

                        Thanks ,Naff

Can you post a photo?

Subject to anything a photo reveals it sounds like classic magnessium deficiency.  1/2 ounce of epsom salts in 1 pint of water, and spray every day for a week.
