i got cross and emailed asking "are you going to reply?!" I got a reply to two of the 3 questions...

I've emailed them and had a standard response, followed by an intelligent one. They've been good on the phone too. In fact I've never had any problems with T&M

Every order I have placed with T&M over the years has been followed by a complaint by email (still can't work out why I order from them) they have responded to every complaint within 7 days.

Yes it's the right email addres, you get an auto response first then a proper email a few days later.
