Winners in the best 2008 photo's are........
1st...Sam with pic 5.
Aclose second was Mat (with one T) with pic 7.
Well done to the contributors of all the other submissions. ( Not an easy one at all)......but well done to Toadspawn, BarnOwl, Garden Girl, Pixie, Alex, Carol, (Mad)Manics, Paulines7 and Rekella.
Keep it up everyone. Next Comp imminent...(That means pretty quick like if you  don't live in the posh areas like what I don't!)

It was a difficult subject,Maddo, and a none too easy one to vote on, but I must admit Sam's contibution appealed to me - even without a caption!
I think if it had been mine, I'd have called it something like, 'Good Night'...or Red to Bed'. Great pic and loved by most.....deseved the title 'Best submission', but some really good efforts from everyone, I thought.

Thank you :)  The picture is taken over the Oulton Broads in Suffolk (Norfolk?) We were on our way back from Rosebuds when we saw the sun setting and it looked beautiful.  I took a whole series of them which came out really well.  Well done to the other snappers too :)
