Mine have been earthed up twice and are still poking their little heads through.
When I get old I don't want people thinking

                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Looks good KK, hope they were tasty.

Finally worked out how to do the picture bit, I hope!
Had a bit of a firkle (love that word) Defo spuds underneath, they have really caught up with the ones planted in Jan, which were YUM.

Hi, corney kev. Definitely not a wind up. Bought them before Xmas and had them chitting on top of spare room wardrobe. Planted them about 6 inches deep in raised bed on 14th Feb with soil enriched with well rotted manure and some slow release fertiliser and covered bed with fleece. Once the green was through, pulled back the fleece on mild days and covered them over again when it was cold and at night. Also earthed up to give extra protection from frost. I live in Devon, so it is one of the milder parts of the country!
