put a bit of cotton wool at the entrance of the ear like an ear plug to stop the cold temps from getting in and that should help relieve some of the painful symptoms while you are outdoors.

good luck today and don't forget piccies :)

mind you some of us get ear ache when we get home after spending so much time down the plot! At least in the summer months you can smooth things over with a bag of freshly cut produce! ;D

Wrap up warm! Dont forget to post some pics of the poly tunnel :)

Going down the plot myself now to break up a pallet to use as a raised bed, maybe do some digging if not too wet or frozen!!  ;D :P

When you get your skin don,t put it on till you get a hot day.
When you wake up on a morning say "good morning world" and be grateful

Can't  wait to see the pics
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Not for that reason, its because they expand in heat, so when you put it on,  on a hot day it will shrink on the colder days and become tighter.
