Upgrade RAM
«

I just stuck another gig of ram in my pooter, wow! for £15 it makes the world of difference!
I already got a AMD dual core processor 5200 = 2.59GHz, but the extra ram certainly speeds it up!
Memory is getting cheap!

A few weeks ago, I ditched Microsoft XP and loaded Linux Ubuntu onto my PC, that cost me nothing and it goes twice as fast. I've already got the max amount of RAM or I'd do that as well. So far so good ;D

Tony, are they a matched pair as this is meant to make a big difference ie. same make and part n0 in the same coloured slots.
Yes, ram is very cheap unless you need pc100/133
