Three gallons of plum with a Burgundy "Style" Yeast and three gallons with a "Port" style Yeast.  If I can tell the difference in 6 - 9 months, I'll let you know! Cheers, Tony. :D

Yes do BD!.I've made plum wine in the past and found it rather potent.In fact it was rather like a slyvovic(dont know how to spell that..........)That Yugoslav thingy.
